These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NASK Atelier (NASK Atelier GmbH). By browsing our site, placing an order, or utilizing our concierge services, you affirm your acceptance of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal majority in your jurisdiction to enter into binding purchase contracts.

NASK scarves, including authentic Medina Silk, French crepe, and combed organic cotton, are crafted to the highest artisan standards. Due to traditional hand-finishing techniques (such as rolled edges), minor natural nuances reflect the authentic uniqueness of each creation.

We take meticulous care in studio photography to render genuine fabric tones; however, slight variations may arise depending on your screen calibration and ambient lighting.

Prices are presented in select international currencies (EUR, AED, SAR). Value-Added Tax (VAT) is included where statutory laws mandate.

Prices remain subject to adjustment; confirmed orders are protected against post-purchase changes. In the rare event of an obvious pricing clerical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with immediate full reimbursement.

All textile patterns, trademarks, editorial imagery, monogram emblems, and digital collateral are the exclusive intellectual property of NASK Atelier GmbH. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or imitation is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections.
